Terms of Service.

Information about Bragi Studio and its work. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a contract. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement signed for each engagement, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.

The text, design, code, the Bragi mark and wordmark, and the studio's films belong to Bragi Studio. The names, marks and material of clients and other third parties shown in the work belong to their owners. You are welcome to link to any page. Please do not copy, reuse or adapt any of it without written permission.

Some of the studio's social content and studio films show concept brands made to demonstrate its work, such as Aurelle, Brisa, Maison Orris and Oktave. They are fictional and are not clients.

The site links to third party services such as Cal.com and social platforms. They are governed by their own terms and policies, and Bragi is not responsible for them.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Bragi works to keep it accurate and online, but makes no promise that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, Bragi Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute about them belongs to the courts located there.

When these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top. Using the site after that means accepting the new version.
